100% Schematic Design – February 2023

TEHC is pleased to report that we are on pace to start construction by the end of the first quarter of 2023 after making tremendous progress over the past several months. Our team worked closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations during the concept design phase, which required a thorough examination of the project’s requirements. After converting these specifications into draught designs, we evaluated and improved them in response to input from the Project Technical team and the Project Performance and Monitoring Team (PPMT). We further developed the designs, including the architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, throughout the schematic design stage to make sure they complied with the project specifications. At this point, we are confident that the schematic design meets the project requirements, and we are preparing to move forward with ground breaking of the construction site at Eko Atlantic City. We will continue to work closely with the Project design team “ITB Nigeria Limited” and PPMT to ensure a smart and efficient design is delivered to meet the present and future needs of its endusers.
